You might ask yourself as many others: Doesn’t slow Tai Chi practice get boring? and: How do you actually prevent slow practice from getting boring?

Well then, is Tai Chi practice boring? The answer is simple: No. Or at least: It shouldn’t.

If it gets boring it means that you haven’t learn yet how to practice Tai Chi. You only think about time if you don’t have other things to occupy your mind. But tai chi practice is complex, there is so much to focus on.
